Abstract

Not everyone qualifies to be a lawyer, but those who do not qualify can be lawyers. This research uses a normative legal research approach, which refers to current legislative regulations. These factors include the forms of criminal liability regulated in the Code of Criminal Law and the presence of a lawyer. A counterfeit lawyer may be subject to article 263 of the Covenant on Fake Letters in cases where false letters or documents are used, under article 378 of the Code on Fraud.
